claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys'
fees) arising out of or relating to:
1. Client's use of the services;
2. Client's breach of this Agreement;
3. Client's negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of law; or
4. Any injury or damage caused by Client's actions or materials.


This obligation applies even if Provider Parties are partially negligent but excludes claims
caused solely by Provider Parties' gross negligence or willful misconduct.


Client's obligations survive termination of this Agreement.
